WHAT IT MEANS:
A new or fully built battery solution for your DPV, often involving a new housing, active smart balancing management system, and new wiring.
BEST WHEN:
The existing pack is unsafe, outdated, unsupported, damaged, flooded, or no longer worth rebuilding.
REPLACEMENT, REBUILD, OR RETIREMENT?
WHAT IT MEANS:
Reuse of the existing housing, and serviceable components when safe, and replacement of degraded cells or failed components.
BEST WHEN:
The housing, wiring, connectors, and overall battery assembly are still in good condition but you have degraded performance.
WHAT IT MEANS:
The battery and enclosure should be removed from service instead of repaired or reused.
BEST WHEN:
The pack has flooded, cells are swollen, or overheated, corrosion is severe, or the pack is otherwise unsafe.

Replace your aging Silent Submersion Magnus battery with a fresh ~1500Wh smart lithium rebuild. Installed into your existing housing, this pack uses Samsung 5000mAh cells and a Bluetooth active-balancing BMS for high-capacity performance, real-time pack monitoring, and smarter long-term battery management.

Our upgrade service increases battery capacity and integrates a modern battery management system, including optional Bluetooth monitoring capability. Canister Light Re-battery
Our canister light re-battery service replaces aging lithium cells while maintaining the original voltage, capacity, and internal configuration of your existing battery pack. This service is intended to restore runtime and reliability without altering system design or adding new electronics. Each service includes: Removal of degraded cells Installation of matched replacement cells Inspection of existing internal wiring and connections Verification of protection circuitry (if present)

Heater Pack Re-battery
Restore heating runtime by replacing degraded lithium cells while preserving original system configuration. Includes inspection and load testing.
